CHECKMATE: Yuzvendra Chahal bowls out Ish Sodhi in a chess battle
INDIA AND NEW ZEALAND leggies Yuzvendra Chahal and Ish Sodhi have been getting the better of the opposition batsmen in the ongoing series. And, of late, the duo have engaged themselves in an off-field battle of wits.
It is a known fact that Chahal had represented India U-16 in the game of chess. Much to our surprise, Sodhi too is fond of chess. The duo played matches one after the other while on the flight. While it started with a virtual game, they moved to a board soon. And, it seems that Chahal outwitted the Kiwi counterpart in two consecutive games.
