INDIA SKIPPER Virat Kohli celebrated his 29th birthday on November 5. Following India’s defeat to New Zealand by 40-runs in the second T20 at Rajkot, the men in blue held a cake cutting birthday ritual for Kohli, in the dressing room.
The prolific batsman was flooded with wishes from fans and teammates all over the world. In response, the Delhi-lad took to his Twitter account to share a special announcement.
Kohli thanked his fans for all the love and urged them to go out with a bunch of friends and play any sport. He even asked them to send a video of that sport with the hashtag #One8Crew. The birthday boy reckoned that the chosen lucky ones will get an opportunity to play alongside him in a sport or two. The venue and the date for the same will be announced by Kohli soon.
