Belfort is familiar to Indian football fans especially the ones in Kerala as he played for Blasters and was instrumental in their success.

Jamshedpur signing them doesn't come as a surprise as Steve Coppell and Ishfaq Ahmed know each other and understand the game.

Belfort's signing only makes Jamshedpur's squad stronger.
